They recruit, and usually employ and manage, the person for you. You pay for that service: the monthly figures below include the worker's pay, so they are a different kind of number from a subscription.
Why there is no cost bar here
Remote Staff's price includes the worker's pay, and ours does not. A side-by-side bar would either invent the salary split inside their figure or compare a service price against a subscription, and both are the kind of arithmetic this page exists to refuse. The caveats below say what is and is not in their number.
When Remote Staff is the better choice
- You want an employer of record: somebody else runs payroll, statutory benefits, compliance and monitoring, and one hourly rate covers all of it.
- You want an agency accountable for replacing someone who does not work out.
Worth knowing
- The all-inclusive rate bundles the worker's pay with an unpublished service margin, so it cannot be compared line-for-line with a subscription plus a salary you set.
- Their rates are published per candidate, not as a rate card, and move monthly with exchange rates.
