Changing or cancelling
- Monthly to yearly
- Takes effect straight away, and you are credited for the part of the month you have already paid for.
- Yearly to monthly
- Takes effect when the year you have paid for ends. Nothing changes before then.
- Cancelling
- Stops the next renewal on either plan. You keep Premium to the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing is deleted afterwards.
- Where
- All of it in Settings, under Billing. No email, no notice period, nobody to talk to.
