They recruit, and usually employ and manage, the person for you. You pay for that service: the monthly figures below include the worker's pay, so they are a different kind of number from a subscription.
Why there is no cost bar here
Wing Assistant's price includes the worker's pay, and ours does not. A side-by-side bar would either invent the salary split inside their figure or compare a service price against a subscription, and both are the kind of arithmetic this page exists to refuse. The caveats below say what is and is not in their number.
When Wing Assistant is the better choice
- You want a working assistant next week without running a hiring process: Wing supplies, supervises and replaces the person.
- You value a customer success manager and a free-replacement guarantee over choosing the exact person yourself.
Worth knowing
- The monthly price includes the assistant's pay, so it is a different kind of number from a subscription: comparing it to $39/mo without adding a salary to ours would be dishonest in our favour.
- What the assistant is actually paid out of your $699–$999 is not published.
