I run Shopify stores day to day. Listings, collections, stock, the theme when it needs a small change, and the inbox that comes with all of it. Most of my clients sell a few hundred products and do not have anybody whose job this is. So mine is the account that notices the variant that has been out of stock for a month, the description that was copied from a supplier and reads like it, and the discount code that expired but is still on the banner. I am not a developer. If something needs real theme work I will tell you rather than pull a page apart and hope.
