The money-back guarantee

Thirty days, both plans, the three limits, and how to ask.

1 min read

If Premium is not for you, tell us within 30 days of a payment and we refund that payment in full. No questions asked, and no form of words you have to get right.

The three limits, up front

Within 30 days of the payment. Not of signing up: each payment starts its own 30 days, so a yearly renewal is covered the same way a first charge is.

The most recent payment only. If you have paid several times, the guarantee refunds the last one.

Once per account. The guarantee is there for somebody deciding whether this works for them, not as a way to use Premium a month at a time.

Both plans, the same terms

Monthly or yearly. A yearly payment is refunded in full inside its 30 days, which is the point of having the guarantee on both: the plan that asks for more up front is the one where "what if I am wrong" matters most.

What happens when we make it

Premium ends on the day the refund is made, and the account goes back to the free plan. Nothing is deleted. Your saved lists, your conversations, your job posts, your contracts and everything else stay exactly where they are, and the free plan continues as normal. If you subscribe again later, all of it opens again with no writes at all.

The refund goes back to the card or method that was charged. How long it takes to appear is your bank's, not ours: a few days is normal.

  • How to ask

From the contact page, with Billing and refunds as the topic, from the account that pays. Say which account it is and we will find the payment; you do not need an invoice number.

The account owner has to be the one who asks. A team member can use Premium and cannot end it, which is the same rule that keeps a seat from cancelling a subscription.

    What it is not

It is not a trial. The free plan is real and permanent: full search, every filter, saved lists, one live job post and every conversation. The guarantee is for somebody who has decided to pay and then changed their mind.

    Ask an assistant about this

Copies this page plus a short note about what RemoteHire.ph is, so the answer is about this product rather than about hiring platforms in general. Every button copies the same text; most of them open the assistant with it already asked.

Gemini has no way to receive the question in a link, so that one copies and opens for you to paste.
