- Is anything saved?
- No. The form lives in your browser for as long as this tab is open, and the download is one request that renders the file and throws the input away. There is no account, no draft to come back to, and nothing on our side to leak or lose. Close the tab and it is gone.
- Is there a watermark or a logo on it?
- No watermark. The footer says the invoice was made with a free tool on RemoteHire.ph and that we are not a party to it, which is true and is the only mark on the file. The document itself is your name, their name and your lines.
- Which currency can I invoice in?
- Any of the six the rest of the site supports. The symbol and the number formatting follow the one you pick; no conversion happens, because an invoice is denominated in the currency it is written in and re-quoting it in another would make it look like an estimate.
- Can I use this for a client who is not on this site?
- Yes. That is what it is for. It has no idea who either party is and asks for nothing beyond what goes on the page.
- What if I want the invoice to keep a record of itself?
- Then you want an account rather than a tool. Freelancers on RemoteHire.ph get invoicing with numbering that cannot collide, a client who can mark it paid, and a record of what was sent when, and it is free for them like everything else here.
