I run the parts of a podcast that are not the recording. Guest research and outreach, booking, the reminder that stops a no-show, prep notes for the host, then the edit hand-off, show notes, chapters and publishing. Most hosts I work with are good at the conversation and have quietly stopped enjoying everything around it. That is the bit I take. The point is that an episode goes out on the day it was meant to, with a title and notes that somebody actually wrote. I work project by project, usually a season at a time.
