Colour, mostly. I grade in DaVinci Resolve and I have been doing it long enough to know when a shot cannot be saved and to say so early rather than after four hours. I also edit, and the two go together more often than people expect: a lot of what looks like a colour problem is a shot that should not be in the cut. Gaming and creator work is where most of my week goes, which means fast turnarounds and footage that was not lit by anybody. Part time, and honest about the hours. If a deadline is real, tell me at the start and I will tell you whether it is possible.
