I look after social for small online brands. Planning the month, writing the posts, scheduling them, and answering the comments and messages that come back. I work best with brands that already know what they sound like. I am not going to invent a personality for you; I am going to keep it consistent across five posts a week and a hundred replies, which is the part that actually falls over when a founder is doing it themselves between other things. Every month I send a short summary of what did well and what I would drop. It is usually one page and I would rather it be useful than long.
