Paid ads on Google and Meta, for ecommerce and for the agencies who look after them. I spend most of my time on the two things that actually move a account: what the ad says, and who it is shown to. Structure matters and I keep it clean, but no amount of structure rescues a creative nobody wants to look at, and I will tell you when that is the problem rather than quietly rebuilding your campaigns again. I report weekly in plain language, with the spend, the result and the one decision I want from you. I work part time and I take a small number of accounts, because attention is the whole job.
