I do email. Welcome flows, abandoned carts, the monthly campaign, and the segmenting that stops all of it going to everybody. A lot of stores treat email as a newsletter and then wonder why it does nothing. The money is in the flows: the sequence somebody gets after they first buy, the one they get when they nearly did. Those are written once and they earn every month. I work in ActiveCampaign mostly, and I am happy to move to whatever you already pay for. I will not tell you to switch platforms unless the one you have genuinely cannot do the thing you need.
