I help small business owners stay on top of the day. Inbox, calendar, files, invoices out, suppliers chased, and the recurring admin that never quite gets done. What I am useful for is being the person who remembers. Most of the owners I work with are not disorganised; they are doing five jobs, and the sixth one falls off. I take the sixth one, and then usually the fifth. I am comfortable being given something with no process attached and writing the process. If I am doing a thing more than twice I will document it so somebody else could do it too.
