Two years editing for YouTube, which is long enough to have watched the format change once. I take a channel's whole output rather than single videos: the long uploads, the shorts cut from them, and the thumbnails when you want one person doing all of it. That consistency is most of what a channel gets from an editor after the first month. I work in Premiere and Resolve depending on the footage, and I keep a per-channel project template so the second video is quicker than the first and the tenth is quicker than the second.
