Two things, and they go together more often than you would think. The first is social media marketing for small teams: planning, writing, scheduling, and reading what happened. The second is automation, mostly in Zapier, which is how a two-person team runs the same social operation as a five-person one. Form to spreadsheet to CRM to a message in the right channel, without anybody copying and pasting. If you already have somebody doing social, I am often more useful as the second thing. Show me the parts of the week that are somebody retyping something and I will usually be able to remove them.
