Recruiting coordination for remote-first teams. Sourcing, screening, scheduling, and keeping candidates warm through the part of a process where companies lose them. The scheduling is the part I am proudest of, which sounds dull until you have watched a good candidate go cold over four days of calendar tennis. I hold the process to a rhythm: everybody hears back, nobody waits a week, and the hiring manager gets a shortlist rather than a pile. Part time, mostly with startups. I am comfortable working across a lot of time zones because the whole point of a remote-first team is that the person you want is not near you.
