# Sound Design Specialist We are looking for a **Sound Design Specialist** to join our team and help make our videos more engaging through high-quality sound design. You will be responsible for adding **sound effects, ambience, transitions, and other audio elements** that make our videos feel more dynamic, professional, and entertaining. ### What You’ll Do * Add sound effects to videos based on the visuals and script * Find and select appropriate sound effects * Add background ambience and environmental sounds where needed * Create smooth and engaging audio transitions * Use sound effects to emphasize important moments and actions * Make sure audio levels are balanced and consistent * Work with our video editors to improve the overall viewing experience * Follow our existing sound design style and guidelines * Make revisions based on feedback ### Requirements * Previous experience with **sound design for YouTube videos** * Strong understanding of sound effects, timing, layering, and audio mixing * Good sense of timing and attention to detail * Ability to choose sounds that match the visuals naturally * Experience working with video editing software such as **Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar** * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines * Good English communication skills * Reliable and responsive ### Big Plus If You Have * Experience working with YouTube channels * Experience with documentary, educational, storytelling, or faceless YouTube content * Experience creating cinematic or highly engaging sound design * Access to or experience with professional sound-effect libraries * Experience working with multiple videos per week ### What We’re Looking For We're looking for someone who understands that **good sound design should support the video without becoming distracting**.
