How it works

You get the title and the video. You propose a concept, we pick one, you deliver two variants so we can test.

What matters to us

We care about the click rather than the picture. If you have run tests and can talk about what won and why, say so; we would rather hire somebody who has been wrong in public than somebody with a tidy portfolio.

Part time, about twenty hours a week, paid hourly.
