- Where does this rate come from?
- The European Central Bank publishes reference rates for around 30 currencies every business day at about 16:00 CET. The ECB quotes both PHP and CZK against the euro, so the philippine peso to czech koruna rate here is those two figures divided, the same arithmetic every other reference does.
