What clients can and cannot see

Public, to anybody

Your photograph, your first name alone, your headline, your bio, your age (never your date of birth), your gender, your hourly rate in pesos with an estimate beside it, hours a week, your working hours, your rated skills, tools and industries, your languages, your work and education as titles and dates, which platforms you have links on, your work samples, your typing speed if you published it, whether you have a video, and the month you joined.

Never your surname. "Maria S." was neither anonymity nor identification, so it bought nothing and cost you something.

Behind the subscription

Your surname, your contact email, your phone number, your street address, the URL of every link, each history entry's organisation and notes, and your work setup.

Those are left out of the page entirely for anybody not entitled to them rather than hidden with styling, which is why the blurred pills a free client sees have nothing real underneath.

What you control

Two switches, on your profile under "How clients reach you": whether subscribed clients may see your email, and whether they may see your phone. Off means the value is omitted, not blurred.

Both default to on. If you would rather be reached only through the platform, turn them off: messaging still works.

One thing worth knowing about your bio

Your bio is free text and it is public. If you write "based in Iloilo City" in it, you have published your city yourself. Your location is gated on the rest of the page; the content rules ban contact details, not places.

Seeing it for yourself

Two previews, from your profile editor:

• As a visitor: exactly what somebody signed out sees.
• As a client: exactly what a subscribed client sees, including which of

your contact details your switches let through.

Both change what the page fetches, not what it hides, so they are the truth rather than a rendering of it. Preview opens your real public page: an in-app copy of the gating rules would be a second copy, and a second copy drifts.

What is never shown to anybody

Your date of birth, your exact sign-in times, and your reply times. The last one is measured and shown to no client anywhere.
