Billing
Checkout, the portal, receipts, changing plan and cancelling.
Subscribing
From the pricing page or the Billing tab. Checkout is handled by our payment provider. Card details never touch this site.
Only the account owner can subscribe. The subscription belongs to the account rather than to a person, so a seat sees a sentence rather than a checkout.
Once payment goes through you land on a short tour of what the plan opens. If the confirmation is still settling when you arrive, the page says so instead of pretending.
Two intervals
Monthly or yearly. Both figures are on the pricing page, which is the one place they are written down.
The portal
The Billing tab opens the provider's own portal for the card, the address, the plan and cancellation. Your charges are listed on the Billing tab itself, with links to each receipt and its PDF. Those open on the provider's pages, because that record is theirs and copying it here would give you two versions that can disagree.
Changing plan
An upgrade takes effect immediately. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, rather than immediately , which is what the pricing page says, and is why it works that way.
Cancelling
Through the portal. You keep everything until the end of the period you have paid for, and then the plan ends: see what happens when a plan ends.
Nothing is deleted when you cancel, at any point, and resubscribing restores everything with no action from you.
Who can see this
The account owner always. A seat can see the list of charges if they have been given "See billing", but checkout, the portal and cancellation stay owner-only, because those act on the subscription rather than describe it.
Receipts and tax
Both come from the payment provider, on their own pages. If you need something they do not produce, ask us.
Ask an assistant about this
Copies this page plus a short note about what RemoteHire.ph is, so the answer is about this product rather than about hiring platforms in general. Every button copies the same text.
