What RemoteHire.ph is

RemoteHire.ph is a place where businesses hire Filipino freelancers directly. Businesses browse profiles and post jobs. Freelancers publish a profile, apply for work, and are paid by the client. That is the whole mechanism.

What each side does

A client is a business or a person hiring. Browsing profiles and saving people to a shortlist is free. A Premium subscription unlocks contact details, messaging, publishing a job post, and everything that follows from working with somebody: offers, contracts, approved hours and invoices.

A freelancer is somebody in the Philippines looking for remote work. Making a profile, being listed, applying to jobs and using every part of the product is free, permanently. There is no upgrade for freelancers to buy.

An email address is one side or the other, never both. Which one you chose at signup decides what every screen after it looks like.

The three things we do not do

We never take a cut. The subscription is the whole of what we charge, and it does not change with how much you pay somebody or how many people you hire. A freelancer's rate is what a freelancer is paid.

We never hold the money. Payment happens directly between the two of you, by whatever method you agree. An invoice here is a document and a record; the payment link on it goes to the freelancer's own account, not to ours.

We never monitor anybody. No screenshots, no keystroke logging, no activity scores, no camera. Hours are recorded because a freelancer wrote them down and a client approved the week.

What we do check

One thing, and it is the reason this product exists in the shape it does: a person on our side looks at a government ID and confirms that the freelancer is who the profile says they are. Read how verification works for what that means in practice.
