Signed-in devices

Settings, under Your account, lists the devices your account is currently signed in from.

What each row says

A rough description of the browser and system, roughly where it was last used, when it was first seen and when it was last seen, and whether it is the device you are reading this on.

The location is worked out from the address at the moment you look at the page and is never stored. It is a country and nothing finer.

Ending a device

"Sign out" on a row ends every session that device holds. In practice it takes effect within a second: the device's ability to refresh its session is revoked immediately, and the session it is holding is refused on its next navigation.

You cannot end the device you are using from this list. Use Sign out for that.

Signing out no longer signs you out everywhere

Since 2026-08-14, signing out on your laptop signs out your laptop. It used to end every session on every device, silently, which surprised people who had never asked for it.

If you do want everything else gone, a lost phone, a shared machine, there is "Sign out everywhere else", which is exactly that and leaves you signed in here.

Devices we cannot describe

A session that predates this list, or one from a path we do not record, is not listed, because there is nothing true we could say about it. "Sign out everywhere else" covers those too.
